Senyo Kogyo is enjoying continued success with Laser Star's Dark Ride shooting and targeting systems. After one year of successful operations of Laser's Star's Dark Ride targeting and shooting components in one of its Dark Rides, Senyo has agreed to purchase two more of Laser Star's systems. The new dark rides are to be used in Senyo's proprietary ark Rides to be operated at the upcoming 2005 Aichi Expo and at Shiramha Park, both located in Japan. "We are pleased to provide Senyo with dark ride elections and targeting systems that can be used with their high volume rides for amusement parks," states Dr. Peretz, President of Laser Star. Laser Star exports its latest Pirates Shooting Gallery to Piscilago Water Park in South America. The latest gallery uses Laser Star's interactive water cannon effects. These dynamic water cannons create a safe startling interactive target that keeps players coming back for more. In addition to to the water cannons, Laser Star combines its proven modular design and control systems to the rest of the gallery targets. Complete with attract mode sounds the gallery also utilizes background sounds to accent the unique target hit sounds that are heard when the players shoot targets. Each player receives a score at their rifle station as the targets are hit. The gallery set was custom designed and fabricated to be termite resistant for the unique environment of South America.

Summer 2004

The National Scouting Museum in Irving, Texas adds Laser Star Amusement's shooting gallery as a new attraction. The Scouting Museum needed both an educational and interactive attraction for its new exhibit and contracted Laser Star to create its newest attraction. The Scouting Museum wanted to combine gun safety education as well as an interactive shooting experience into one exhibit. Laser Star worked with the Scouting Museum to develop a shooting gallery that had recognizable scouting elements with branded scouting figurines and merit badges. The finished product exceeded the expectations of the Museum and is the most popular attraction now operating at the Museum. Laser Star has received a letter of commendation from Connie Adams of the National Scouting Museum.

Fall 2004

Bass Pro, one of the world's premier hunting and camping stores selected Laser Star to update four of its coin operated Kid's Arcades with Laser Star's targeting and shooting electronics. The renovations were completed over a three month period by Laser Star's staff in Auburn Hills, Mount Gurnee, IL, Grapevine, TX and Fort Lauderdale, FL. Laser Star's additions to the existing shooting galleries created a "fresh look" to the stores as well as adding more excitement for customers. A new addition to the galleries included water cannons that "startled" shooters with a blast of cold mist. Dr. David Peretz, President of Laser Star, states that his company is proud to have been chosen to replace the original shooting gallery electronics with Laser Star equipment. Given the fact that the original shooting galleries consisted of three other manufacturer's equipment makes the contract very significant.

Laser Star Amusement, Incredible Technologies and Play Mechanix announce the release of Laser Star's large screen projection version of Incredible Technologies Big Buck Hunter Game.

Ft. Lauderdale, Florida - The Laser Star's projection game uses both proprietary hardware and software from Laser Star and Incredible Technologies/Play Mechanix. The Big Buck Hunter game and software have been licensed by Laser Star for use with its own laser gun and targeting system. The blend of technologies creates a truly exciting new experience for players. The game play is almost identical to the non projection systems, but the Laser Star version does not require a manual pump reload. The game image can be made even larger as space permits. JJ's Banana Joes has purchased the first production versions of the game for its newest locations opening this fall. President of Laser Star, Dr. David Peretz, states that Laser Star is happy to work with Incredible Technologies/Play Mechanix on a great new addition to the entertainment attraction mix. Laser Star's projection system elevates a truly great game to a higher level. The large screen version creates more virtual experience for the players and is a terrific visual to spectators. We are extremely pleased with the performance of the game. For more information please contact us.
